Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Taskers360 platform (“Platform”), operated within the Federal Republic of Nigeria, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts, sharing accounts, or using another person's account to exploit the points system will result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all points.

4. Points System & Withdrawals

Points earned on the Platform have no monetary value until withdrawn through our official withdrawal process. The conversion rate is 10 points = ₦2.50 (Nigerian Naira). We reserve the right to adjust point values, conversion rates, and minimum withdrawal thresholds at any time with reasonable notice. Withdrawals are processed manually within 1-12 hours during business days and are subject to verification. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₦1,250 (5,000 points).

5. Fair Play Policy

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using bots, scripts, automation tools, or browser extensions to manipulate gameplay
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in games
• Colluding with other users in multiplayer matches
• Creating multiple accounts to farm points or referral bonuses
• Using VPNs or proxies to bypass geographic or account restrictions

We monitor gameplay patterns using automated detection systems and reserve the right to suspend accounts and forfeit all accumulated points for violations.

6. Referral Program

Referral bonuses (100 points per valid referral) are awarded when a new user creates an account using your unique referral link. Self-referrals, fake accounts, and other fraudulent referral activities will result in forfeiture of all referral bonuses and possible account suspension.

7. Advertising & Revenue

Taskers360 is a free, ad-supported platform. Advertising revenue funds user payouts. You acknowledge that advertisements will be displayed during your use of the Platform. The use of ad-blocking software while using the Platform is prohibited and may result in account restrictions.

8. Multiplayer & Wagering

Multiplayer matches may involve wagering of in-game points. By participating, you accept the risk of losing wagered points. All match outcomes are determined by legitimate gameplay and server-side validation. A 5% platform fee applies to multiplayer winnings.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to games, graphics, text, logos, and software, is the property of Taskers360 or its licensors and is protected by Nigerian and international copyright laws.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion for violation of these Terms or for any reason deemed necessary to protect the Platform. Upon termination, any unredeemed points are forfeited. You may request account deletion by contacting support.

11. Limitation of Liability

Taskers360 is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of points, data, or profits.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified through the Platform or via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. P2P Marketplace Terms

The P2P Marketplace is a peer-to-peer connector service. Taskers360 connects users who wish to trade airtime, gift cards, game boosts, predictions, and quick gigs. By using the P2P Marketplace, you agree to the following:

• Connector Only: Taskers360 is strictly a connector platform. We do NOT hold, transfer, or guarantee any funds, airtime, gift cards, or services exchanged between users. All transactions occur off-platform between the parties involved.
• No Liability: Taskers360 is NOT responsible for any loss, fraud, failed delivery, or dispute arising from off-platform transactions. Users transact entirely at their own risk.
• WhatsApp Requirement: All P2P users must register a valid Nigerian WhatsApp number. This number is locked to your account and cannot be changed except through support. Your WhatsApp number is shared with your trade partner upon deal acceptance.
• Mutual Confirmation: Both parties (poster and fixer) must confirm a deal is complete before points are awarded. Points are earned for successfully confirmed deals only (poster: 50 pts, fixer: 70 pts).
• Trust Gates: Certain P2P categories (gift cards, game boosts, gigs) require a minimum number of completed deals and/or rating before you can participate, to protect the community from new-account scams.
• Anti-Fraud: Users are limited to 5 listings per P2P type per day. Repeated fraudulent behavior, confirmed scams, or farming schemes will result in permanent P2P ban and point deduction.
• Disputes: If a deal is not confirmed within the deadline, it is automatically escalated as a dispute. Admin may review disputes, ban offending accounts, and deduct points. However, Taskers360 cannot reverse or refund any off-platform transaction.
• Verification Responsibility: It is YOUR responsibility to verify your trade partner before completing any off-platform transaction. Check their profile, rating, and deal history. Never send airtime, gift cards, or payment before confirming the other party is legitimate.
